How do I know my order was placed successfully?
Once checkout is completed, you will see an on-screen confirmation and receive an order confirmation email.
What happens if I close the page after paying?
Your order is still created as long as payment was successful. You can access it later via your email or your My Account dashboard.
Can I place multiple orders one after another?
Yes. Each order is processed separately, even if placed close together.
Why does my order show as “Processing”?
Processing means your order is being prepared for digital delivery. This is normal and does not indicate a problem
How long should I wait before contacting support?
Please allow the delivery timeframe shown on the product page before contacting support.
Do I need to do anything while my order is processing
No. Processing completes automatically once all checks are finished.
Where do I access my digital product once it’s ready?
Your product code is made available inside your My Account dashboard. Email and SMS messages are sent only as notifications to let you know the code is ready to be viewed.
Will my digital product ever be sent by post?
No. All products are digital-only and delivered electronically.
What should I check if my product hasn’t appeared yet?
Check your order status in your My Account dashboard and ensure the stated delivery timeframe has passed.
What are email and SMS notifications used for?
They notify you that your digital product is ready. The actual product is accessed through your My Account dashboard.
Can delivery notifications go to spam or be delayed?
Yes. Email and SMS delivery can be delayed or filtered by providers, which is outside our control.
Can notifications be resent to a different email or number?

My payment was successful but I don’t see my product yet — why?
Payment confirms your order, but digital delivery occurs after processing is completed.
What do order statuses like Processing or Completed mean?
Statuses show where your order is in the delivery process.

Digital delivery begins only once payment is fully confirmed by our payment provider.
